Mathew Rosenblatt, B.A.
Mr. Rosenblatt is a real estate broker and the principal broker of Cityscape Realcor, an affiliate of Cityscape Development Corp. During the early 1990’s Mr. Rosenblatt specialized in the management and liquidation of distressed properties, acting as agent and/or consultant for Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Sunlife Trust, Bayshore Trust, Canadian Deposit Insurance Corporation, Arthur Anderson and Central Guarentee Trust. Mr. Rosenblatt has extensive development experience including construction management, business development, strategic planning, sales, leasing and property management.
John Berman, L.L.B., M.R.E.D.
Mr. Berman couples a background in law with the degree of Master of Real Estate Development, conferred by the University of Southern California. Mr. Berman has been actively involved every aspect of real estate development since 1994, including analysis, development and strategic planning, leasing and sales, legal and litigation management, construction and contract management, contract negotiation and administration and property management.

David Jackson, B.A., M.E.S., M.C.I.P
Mr. Jackson is a planning and development consultant, with experience in land use planning and approvals and in determining development opportunities and constraints. Mr. Jackson worked as an associate at Klein and Sears Architects from 1974 to 1984 before establishing Jackson Planning Consultants. He has acted as a planner and consultant for both private and public sector clients, including The City of Toronto and Ontario Housing. Mr. Jackson also has extensive development and construction management experience and has been involved, as a principal, in numerous commercial and residential developments. Mr. Jackson oversees Cityscape’s municipal and heritage planning and approvals, as well as neighbourhood liaison activities, and tax assessment appeals.
James Goad, O.A.A., M.R.A.I.C.
As an architect and construction coordinator, Mr. Goad manages Cityscape’s design and construction projects. Most notably Mr. Goad has overseen the construction and restoration of The Distillery District, the largest historic restoration in the country. Prior to joining Cityscape, Mr. Goad was the managing partner of Matsui Baer Vanstone Architects, for which he worked from 1985 to 1991. He had previously worked as an associate at Arthur Ericson Architects. Mr. Goad was involved in the design of many major international projects and has extensive experience in all aspects of architecture, from private residential, to multiple residential low and high rise, to hotel and hospitality and institutional.
